Rooted in love.
Sacred Spirit Studio grew from our own lives—from the love we share as mother and daughter, the difficult experiences we’ve worked through, and the peace we found through meditation, breathwork, sound, spiritual reflection, and time in nature.
Our past is part of why we care so deeply about this work. We know how much it can mean to have a moment to breathe, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself. These practices became part of how we cared for ourselves, understood our feelings, and brought more peace into our everyday lives. As we experienced their value, we wanted to share what we were learning.
That desire became Sacred Spirit Studio. Giving back is at the heart of what we do—offering what we’ve lived, learned, and continue to practice with love and care. Here, there is room to come as you are, move at your own pace, and choose what feels right for you.
We are preparing our first original audio offering and developing Talk It Out, an app for guided reflection. We look forward to sharing this work with you. We’re grateful you’re here.

The heart of our work
Our Mission
Our mission is to offer a doorway back to yourself through original meditations, immersive sound, breath, and gentle reflection. Guided by our love for Creator and the living world, we create experiences where you can rest, listen inward, and explore the quiet wisdom of your own life.
We hold Native communities close to the heart of this work, welcoming every person with respect for their beliefs, boundaries, and pace.
Our Vision
We envision a sanctuary among the pines of the HeSapa, where morning light enters slowly, the night sky opens above us, and people have room to rest and reconnect with what they hold sacred.
Our hope is to bring this care within reach of more Native families and communities, through shared experiences, original recordings, and one day, a gathering place rooted in the land.

Lonnie Jeffries
Co-Founder · Meditation & Breathwork
I bring a lifetime of creativity, lived experience, and a deep connection to nature to Sacred Spirit Studio. I’m Mnicoujou Lakota and an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. My relationship with Creator and the land is at the heart of how I care for myself and approach this work.
As a certified somatic breathwork facilitator, I offer gentle opportunities to connect with yourself through breath. Meditation, breathwork, time outdoors, and my connection with Creator have helped me meet myself with compassion and find peace through difficult seasons. Those experiences guide the meditations and reflective practices I create—gentle invitations to breathe, listen inward, and make room for yourself and your own spiritual connection.
With more than 30 years in graphic design, I weave my love of storytelling, imagery, and sound into what we create. My hope is that you feel cared for and find something here you can return to in everyday life.
Why I Do This Work
A personal note from Lonnie
Some of us come to this work because we know what it feels like to hurt and keep searching for help. I am one of those people.
I have lived through trauma. I sought support through counseling and medication, but I didn’t find the emotional relief I needed. That was my experience. I still had questions about what I was carrying and why it continued to affect how I felt, how I responded, and how I saw myself.
My search brought me toward meditation, breath, time in nature, and a deeper connection with Creator. I began paying attention to my body and recognizing patterns in my everyday life. These practices became meaningful parts of my own healing.
That is part of why Sacred Spirit Studio exists.
I remember needing patience. Needing room to speak honestly. Needing something I could return to when life felt overwhelming. Those experiences shape the care I want to offer others.
I bring my lived experience alongside ongoing learning and training. My own healing continues. And as I learn, I want to help create more opportunities for others to feel heard, explore what supports them, and move at their own pace.

Franki Ward
Co-Founder · Reiki & Sound-Based Relaxation
My path to Sacred Spirit Studio began with learning to care for myself more deeply. Meditation and listening to my feelings have helped me recognize when I need to pause and meet myself with care.
As a Reiki Master with additional certificate training in cognitive behavioral therapy, I offer Reiki, sound-based relaxation, and gentle opportunities for reflection. My work includes sessions with our inHarmony soundbed, where music and gentle vibration create space to rest.
I want you to feel welcome, heard, and free to choose what feels right for you. Creating Sacred Spirit Studio with my mom lets me share what I’ve learned while continuing to learn and grow alongside the people we meet.
