COMING SOON · Guided breathwork, body awareness, and time to reconnect with yourself.

BREATH · BODY · SPIRIT

Where the breath meets the sacred.

A held breath. A tight jaw. Shoulders that have been working all day. Somatic breathwork begins by noticing what is happening in your body and meeting it with curiosity.

Here, breath, music, and body awareness will create space to explore what you feel. You are welcome to bring an intention, a question, or simply yourself.

IN YOUR BODY

A little more room to breathe.

This practice invites you to notice tension, warmth, movement, and the support beneath you. Gentle breath practices may help with relaxation and everyday stress; a more active rhythm can feel very different.

Your experience is personal. We make room for rest, a change of position, or returning to your natural breath. You can pause or stop whenever you choose.

IN YOUR MIND

Somewhere for your attention to rest.

Following the breath gives your attention a simple place to return. In that space, you may notice the thoughts that keep circling, the pace you have been moving at, or what you need today.

Some people leave feeling calmer or more present. Others notice feelings or questions they want to sit with. Quiet, ordinary moments of awareness belong here, too.

Room for feeling. Room for spirit.

Make room to feel

Listen within

Spirit, in your way

For some, breathwork brings emotion closer to the surface. We offer room to notice it, with choices about how much to explore and what to keep private.

The experience can become a time for reflection: noticing a need, finding words for a feeling, or listening to what matters to you.

You may welcome prayer, a connection with Creator, a sense of the natural world, or quiet time with yourself. Your beliefs shape the meaning.

Your pace. Your choices.

Begin with a conversation.

We discuss the session, your questions, and relevant health considerations beforehand. Some breathing practices are more activating and are not suitable for everyone.

Stay connected to the room.

You can keep your eyes open, notice the space around you, or choose ordinary breathing. You do not need to revisit a memory or share your story.

Time to return.

Each session includes time to rest and reorient. This is a wellbeing practice, offered alongside appropriate medical or mental-health care.

Be part of what’s taking shape.

Somatic breathwork is coming soon to Sacred Spirit Studio. Reach out with your interest or questions; dates and session details will be shared when available.

Please keep your first message to general questions. Personal health details can be discussed privately before participation.
